Webinar: Rural Hospital Executive Search

Executive search is a logical option for appropriate representation of C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, CNO), yet has been traditionally overlooked in rural hospitals. The presentation will offer personal insights and surveys relevant towards the recruitment for open positions as well as the retention of tenured healthcare executives, with emphasis on the alignment of their vital roles and responsibilities to individual career goals.
